Why Donate?
To offer pro-bono / subsidised professional legal and social services to families of lower-income communities. We apply the “means test” upon granting these services for subsidised or pro bono services. All South Africans are invited to apply for this service and no family will be turned away should they comply, in time of need.
South African Families are suffering at the core in these challenging times, and we believe that we can truly make a difference to especially the children and young people that will become the adults and contributors of South Africa’s Future.
Donations would substitute funding for families in need, families who do not have the means to afford legal advice or an opinion in certain matters, especially in the lower income groups who are the most likely to encounter problems either with illegal removal of children or just an opinion of an expert.
We attempt to offer our service at an affordable rate and do some pro-bono work, but we simply cannot as an organisation afford to carry some expenses. There are often times we must turn away some in real need because of lack of funds.
We thank you kindly for your consideration of our attempt to stick to our motto “Relationships that drive results” as well as helping us to retain our reputation to establish the belief in fair and equal justice and based on the principle “What is the best interest of the child?’ which formed the foundation of the world-renowned Children’s Act. As well as offering a cost affordable legal service to those who cannot afford it, with the best possible service or advice.

Family Focused Law is an organisation that specialises in the field of Family Law especially the protection of children and the retention of the family system, in promoting gender equality, a leader in the field against the “illegal removal” of children by welfare organisations, awareness and combatting of child and human trafficking, promoting 50/50 parenting, research in combatting parental alienation and ensuring accountability stakeholder’s that abuse our legal system Further we promote the Family Wellness industry that strives to assist families with Divorce care, Parenting Plans, Youth Development, Substance Abuse, Children in Need of Care and Workplace Meditations. Family Focused Law shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users, donors and clients. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment may be made via PayGate, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Family Focused Law bank account, the details of which could be found on the Donation Page.
